Professional drifting will make its long awaited return to Punchestown Racecourse on 30-31 May 2009.
Hotwire Media presents Prodrift Punchestown, an action packed two day event featuring some of the best drifters from around Europe competing in two major championships. The custom built track has been designed to push the drivers to their limits with multiple high speed bends on a very technical track. On Saturday round 2 of the Prodrift Irish Championship will see all of Ireland's best drifters taking to the track. With the amateur, semi-pro and pro categories all running back to back this guarantees non-stop drift action for the whole day. Sunday will see some of Europe's best drivers competing in Round 2 of the Prodrift Super Series which features only the best drivers from Ireland, the UK and Europe driving some of the most extreme cars of any motorsport. This really is an event not to be missed!
